How much is shipping?
Shipping is only RM6 throughout Malaysia and free when you purchase any 2 bottles and above.

How long will it take to get my package?
We ship out all orders within 1-2 business days.
Shipping within Malaysia usually takes 1-3 business days and international shipping takes about 5-10 working days.
Do you allow exchanges?
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept exchanges.
What is your return policy?
We love the deodorants we make and think you will too. If you are not satisfied with our deodorant, drop us an email at hello@shopjoi.com within 30 days of receipt to get a full refund.
