What's the difference between deodorant and antiperspirant?
Deodorant does not stop you from sweating. Deodorant works by neutralising the bacteria that causes bad body odour to keep you smelling fresh.
Does it take time to adjust after I switch to Joi deodorant?
Yes, a 2 to 4 week adjustment period is completely normal. Your body needs time to recalibrate after switching from aluminium-based products. You may sweat a little more during this time, but stick with it and your body will naturally settle.
Are Joi products suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
Absolutely yes! Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients and are safe for both pregnant and breastfeeding women.
What are the ingredients used to make Joi products?
Joi products are made with natural ingredients and free from harmful chemicals. Full ingredient lists can be found on the individual product pages.
Are Joi products organic and vegan?
Joi products are absolutely vegan. Our products are made from 100% natural ingredients and contain no toxins and other harmful ingredients. We choose certified organic ingredients whenever possible.
Does Joi product uses synthetic fragrances?
No absolutely not! We only use pure essential oils to add a subtle scent to our products. It's also important to understand that essential oils do not have the same strength as chemical fragrances and it does not have an overpowering smell.

What type of payment method is accepted?
We accept credit card, debit card (Visa/Master) and bank transfers.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is RM6 throughout Malaysia. Enjoy free shipping when you spend RM80 or more.
We ship internationally too, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to get my package?
We ship out all orders within 1-2 business days.
Shipping within Malaysia usually takes 1-3 business days and international shipping takes about 5-10 working days.
Do you allow exchanges?
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept exchanges.
